About the Job

Saskatoon Hyundai is a high producing dealership of the FFun Motor Group and the franchised dealer for Hyundai Canada. In addition to the amazing lineup of award-winning Hyundai models, Saskatoon Hyundai is Saskatoon's used car supercentre. We are ramping up for another season of remarkable interest and need to add several Product Specialists to our sales force immediately.

Skills & Competencies
- To qualify for this position you will:
- have a valid Saskatchewan Driver's license
- have previous experience in retail sales (preferable commission or profit share)
- be outgoing, hard working, sincere, determined
- have a winner's work ethic and behaviors
- present professionally in grooming, attire, speech, and attitude
- be teachable and trainable
- be able to work every Saturday
- be looking for full time work (5-day work week)
- be able and willing to prospect for sales by using the telephone, e-mail, internet (social networking), etc.
- be a over-achiever fed up with a fixed income and ineffective leadership

- follow up on all customer leads and enquiries
- make appointments to show vehicles
- demonstrate vehicles
- interview customers to determine needs & wants
- go on road tests
- get customer to fall in love with the vehicle
- ask for the sale
- negotiate selling price and close deal
- introduce customer to Sales Manager and Business Office Manager
- deliver the vehicle,
- introduce customer to Service Department
- follow-up with customer periodically
- repeat process as often as possible.
